All our vehicles offered for sale are strictly sold as seen on a trade sale basis and no warranty is implied or given. We carry out a general vehicle inspection on all our vehicles prior to sale to provide you with information on the mechanical condition of the vehicle. Whilst we do our very best to ascertain an accurate mechanical assessment, we cannot ensure every issue is identified at the point of inspection.

Our pricing structure is clearly reflective of any issues that may arise. All our vehicles are intended for re-sale by our customers, for our customers commercial gain, so all transactions are business to business. When purchasing a vehicle from us we will acknowledge you as a sole trader or a business.We recommend you come and view the vehicle yourself, or have it inspected prior to purchase, or inspect the vehicle thoroughly on delivery.

As a trader in the business of sales of vehicles, we will assume you will have the adequate level of knowledge to assess the vehicle and in purchasing a vehicle from us understand the commercial risk of preparing a vehicle for sale to a consumer.
